Competition registration fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed. For kit or product purchases, refunds or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. In case of event cancellation by Thinkin Lab, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Many of our services are designed for school students. We are mindful that participants may be minors. We encourage parents or guardians to oversee the registration and purchase process. The WhatsApp number provided should ideally belong to a parent or guardian for students below 16 years of age.
